Here is where you can choose the proper financing options for your customers, simply look at the features and benefits below of each financing program, take a moment to read about the financing options and click on the "LOGIN" button to be taken to that specific financing website - "each website requires a login username and password".
If you have additional questions, concerns or need training for you or your sales team, just contact a QHI RSM so we can get that taken care of for you.
Remember - Regardless of the financing company you chose for your customer, each one of these programs require either a login, password and or merchant number - Please inform any financing company below that you work for Quality Home Improvement, that is becaue we are the contractor for the financing, otherwise they will not communicate with you.

Making payments on your property tax bill is a great idea for many reasons. First, it saves you money. PACE financing may have tax benefits, which reduces your effective cost. Additionally, just like property tax, the payments may stay with the property when you move. The new owner makes future payments while also enjoying the energy and tax savings benefits. Further, depending on when you install your upgrade, you won’t have to make a payment for up to 17 months. There are many more benefits to this innovative financing. Minimum FICO score is 640
Remember if you need to contact Sungage for any reason, please tell them you are form "True Power Solar", otherwise they will not communicate with you.
NOTE - Sungage charges a dealer fee of - $750.00 and 3.95% of the gross contract amount.
So if your customer buys a solar system for $30,000.00 - add an additional $750.00 plus $1.185.00 - ($1,935.00 total) to the gross sale amount to your sale, the total sales price will be - $1,935.00 + $30,000.00 or $31,935.00
NOTE - Failure to add the $1,935.00 to your sale amount, will cost you $1,935.00 in fees and will be deducted from monies owed to you.

Minimum amount to be financed - $5,000.00 / Maximum Amount $75,000.00
Dealer fees per sale - $1,000.00 per project - If a customer wants to use the 2.99% financing, add an additional 10% of the gross contract amount to cover for this added fee.
Dealer fees per sale to use their 2.99% financing - $1,000.00 per project and 10% of the project sale.
Example - $25,000 solar project x 10% = $2,500.00 (+) the project fee of $1,000.00 = $3,500.00 - Cost to you to fun this project.

SAMAS Commercial provides commercial property owners access to affordable financing at a fixed rate and terms. As such your future energy costs are now more predictable.
Minimum amount to be financed - $25,000.00 / Maximum Amount Unlimited, based on building equity.
Dealer fees per sale - $2,000.00 per project.
Bridge Financing Option - SAMAS Commercial provides two options for bridge financing; milestone draw schedule and/or vendor direct options.
Commercial Property - No matter what type or size of the property SAMAS Commercial provides a financing solution for your customer.
Non-Profit - If your customer is a Non-Profit, Samas has the right financing for them!
Tax Incentives - The SAMAS Commercial Prepaid PPA allows you access to tax incentives. This lowers the overall financing cost to the property owner.
Equipment Eligibility - Each business has it's own energy needs and that decision is left up to you and your team. SAMAS Commercial is a simple financing solution for a Business Owner's customized energy solution. The program allows for renewable energy, energy efficiency, and water mitigation retrofits to your Commercial Building.
Program Eligibility - The eligibility requirements for SAMAS Commercial financing are as follows:
* Finance up to 20% of the market value of the property.
* Current on mortgage and taxes.
* No bankruptcies in the past 7 year.
* 10% equity in the building.
