Upland High School is four-year public high school situated in the city of Upland, California. It was founded in 1955 and was established as a part of the Chaffey Joint Union High School District. The school has been a member of the Upland Unified School District since 1988.

Upland High School was founded before the growth spurt experience by the City of Upland in the 1960s. By the 1980s, the population had increased a lot and this led to overcrowding. This prompted students to go to other schools in the Chaffey Joint Union High School District. Later on, the families affected started a movement that called for unifying the existing schools into a separate district. The movement was promoted by Superintendent George Renworth. As a result of the movement, the Upland Unified School District was created in 1986.

Upland High School offers a lot of classes, elective courses, and sports.
