SUBMIT A TROUBLE TICKET:

From time to time, you may experience a production issue with your solar electric system because of various reasons.

1) The power has been shut off at your home or business.
2) You are not current with your lease or PPA provider.
3) Your solar system has never been or needs cleaning.
4) Problem with a solar panel, and it needs to be fixed.
5) Problem with an inverter, and it needs to be fixed.
6) Electrical panel issue, and it needs to be upgraded.
7) You are having a ground issue, and it needs to be fixed.

There are various issues of what needs to be done, but rest assured, if you have an Annual QHI service contract, your service call is covered for the first hour (Excluding parts).

If your QHI annual service contract has expired, you wish to cover your solar system and monitoring for an additional year, all you have to do is choose one of the options listed below.
